INWARD PROCESSING REGIME

Firms can import the raw materials they need in production by taking advantage of customs exemption and VAT exemption within the scope of Duty Processing Permit (DIIB). Companies that use DIR provide a significant advantage by not using the customs duty and exemption in imports, not being subjected to trade policy measures and not paying 6% KKDF in term import transactions.

INVESTMENT INCENTIVE DOCUMENT

INVESTMENT INCENTIVE-LEASING TRANSACTIONS

It is the transaction that provides payment facilitation and financial support to the companies with Invetment Incentive Certificate. Imported and Domestic Listed Purchase of Investment Incentive Certificates; the machines and equipments subject to LEASING are made with the simultaneous applications made to the Undersecretariat of Treasury of the Ministry of Economy for approval of the LEASING transaction in the name of the firm with the Investment Incentive Certificate and the leasing company. Our company  provides consultancy on behalf of the company having investment incentive certificate and financial leasing company, prepares the project, executes the follow-up.
